Jeez Loueez – Dance Technique for Burlesque

Length, strength, alignment, engagement. In this class catered to current and aspiring performers, students delve into detailed and stylized dance technique exercises.
Class begins with a warm-up that combines ballet and jazz and is designed to enhance muscle flexibility, core strength, and control. Kicks, turns, and floor work will be explored within various combination drills.


***Wear comfy, form fitting, workout or dance attire. Bring heels that you can move in. Bring a water bottle.
